Alison McCaskey

Depending on the energy coming from her students, she would adapt her classes. In general it would be slow and gentle at the beginning and then emerge into an intense and strong flow, enabling opening through the long holds, before mellowing down into a therapeutic, meditative and healing end phase releasing tension and finding balance and harmony. The Asanas along with the Ujjayi breathe guide your every mindful step and move in the practice, lets you regain vitality, clarity and focus.

The classes are taught either in English, Swiss- or High German.
