Toms classes combine both dynamic sequences to strengthen muscles as well as drawing on various Yin poses to help cultivate mindfulness, stillness and work the connective tissue in our bodies. This blend of Yin and Yang styles can help to bring a more balanced approach to our yoga practice and daily lives. Tom has completed the Yoga Alliance recognized Yin Yoga training module under the tuition of Josh Summers and regularly attends workshops to develop his practice further. Tom is also trained in Thai Yoga Massage and offers this at openyoga.
