We will look at how the wall supports us to safely approach deeper backbends. After a warming sequence with backbending elements we will gradually see that the essence of backbending is a journey through your whole body.
We will extend our awareness into opening the heart and shoulders always keeping a focus on creating space while having a strong core. All the way into playful backbends and inverted wall work.
