We will visit the beautiful valleys of Graubünden that offer some of the most picturesque views that Switzerland has to offer and from this larger perspective we will easily explore some deeper questions of life. What really matters to you? What are your values and why do they matter?

This is why we wanted to invite you to this beautiful 4-day yoga retreat.
The retreat will take place from Thursday afternoon (16:00) to Sunday noon (12:00) in Graubünden, Switzerland. It will be conducted in English or German, depending on the participants. No previous knowledge of yoga is required to attend the retreat. The content of the retreat will be tailored to beginners and advanced yogis.

Every day we will begin with a short meditation sequence to set our intentions and focus our minds. This will be done within the Sādhanā sessions.
Every day you will have a morning and evening yoga class. The morning Sādhanā will include a movement practice (asana) and be complimented by meditation, journaling and/or pranayama. These sessions will form the bedrock of the retreat.
The two afternoon classes will be themed classes one around a gentle yin workshop and the other will be a breathwork workshop. We will adapt to the present needs.

About the teachers

Over the years, Lars had many deeply inspiring teachers who led him along the path of yoga. He is a certified yoga (500h) and acro yoga teacher and has had a regular yoga practice for over 8 years. Lars has spent large periods of his life abroad and has had the opportunity to learn from many very talented and diverse teachers. What all of these teachers have in common is their love and dedication to the practice of yoga, they don’t take themselves too seriously and probably most important, they love to have fun and do things differently. Their ways have shaped and defined Lars’ personal practice and his way of teaching and you can expect to get challenged both physically and mentally but you will always leave his class with a smile on your face.

Born and based in Amsterdam, Koen combines his experiences in extreme environments with awareness cultivating breathwork and meditation. Getting people in touch with their essence to lead their lives from a place of freedom and authenticity. Koen joined the dutch Air- Assault brigade at eighteen. In his sixteen-year army career, he served in Afghanistan and western Africa as a platoon leader, and special intel officer. Breathwork and meditation helped him integrate these experiences. As experiences are energy the breath can help these move through and find their place. This he shares in his workshops and ceremonies. His current mission is to inspire people in staying more true to themselves and show tools to live more healthy and happy in alignment with their environment.
