Informationen im Überblick
This workshop’s focus is to bring awareness to your core. Using the breath, incorporating a strong aligned practice to feel its importance as part of an integrated strength throughout the body and a safe Yoga practice.
As we deepen our asana we build our practice towards stability and balance into inversions, always connecting into that center.
We will specifically look at Chaturanga Dandasana (and therefore Adho mukha svanasana, phalakasana, urdhva mukha svanasana and transitions), Vasistasana (Side plank) and variations, Virabhadrasana III, Inversions and fun exercises to strengthen that center! I will offer variations on blocks and against the wall so backbends are happily accessible to everyone.
