Informationen im Überblick
Enjoy an intense three hour full Yoga journey through the land of conscious movement. We start by landing in our bodies with Yin Yoga using passively held floor postures for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body and to cultivate an attitude of compassionate acceptance to awaken the more Yin parts of our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. We will then dive into the muscular and more Yang energy which will carry us through a juicy Hatha flow to bring heat and strength to the body and open us up for deeper backbends, inversions and playful variations thereof.
Throughout the whole session you connect, explore and observe your breath – fully dedicating your prana to sustain and support every asana. Bringing awareness and exploring the inner and outer lanscapes and shapes, letting the breath wash through you an cleanse you. We’ll end this voyage with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation lead german) through body and mind for ultimate inner peacefulness.
