Experience a two hour warming asana practice, exploring all the possibilities of your body and minds range of motion – fully dedicating your prana to sustain and support the asana. Embody your imagination into your practice. Start to witness yourself: break boundaries, develop skills, drop your emotions. Recreate space, possibilities and get to understand your body and thus your practice. We will look at backbend, folds, twists and inversions, always closing the practice with some soothing pranayama techniques letting us find ultimate relaxation.
An intensive session with a deeper look into Visvamitrasana, Bakasna, Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Astavakrasana, Tittibhasana and Maksikanagasana.
With pranayama and meditative elements to close the practice.
